Hotel exceeded my expectations for the price! Super good value. It is in front of exit number 6 from Daikokucho station, which makes it very easy to find and commute to/from, even when traveling with a luggage. Arriving from Osaka station - it's only 4 stations away :) Staff are very nice and helpful. The hotel is more modern in style, everything is very clean and new. They also offer complimentary snacks, tea and water at the Lobby area almost all day long. Room was very spacious, especially for one person. Toilet in the room are separated from shower area, which was also very clean and comfortable. Shared bath was great and open until very late, as well as opening early in the morning. Convenient store right next to the hotel, and a local coin laundry and dryer which was good. The hotel also has a small cafe attached to it, which looked nice but I didn't try it.

Maayan

Location, near the train station. It has a Lawson around the corner. The bed was comfortable and bigger than another place I stayed at. The room was bigger too. The shower water pressure was so good, I showered more than needed. I like the separation between toilet and shower. Also, the public bath are separated: male and female. There is a kettle, a TV, AC inside the room, oh yes, and a hair dryer, but I did not use. One thing about this hotel is, they give you toiletries like toothbrush and toothpaste, cotton swabs, cotton squares, and more. The coffee was provided only in the lobby. Also , it was easy to get to Universal studios Japan, this was the reason we chose this hotel.

A few minutes walk to the train station. We had our luggages delivered to the hotel and they had already placed them in our rooms and allocated a room for us. The check in experience was really good and the staff were efficient. Also when you walk in there's free cookies and tea and coffee. By the lifts there are also bathroom amneties you can take to top up if you need to. The cleaners really did a good job too cleaning our room! We left clothes out on the bed because we were in a rush, they had managed to clean around our items The breakfast was yummy and had a wide selection of drinks and food :) I would definitely recommend people staying here!

The hotel itself is situated very close to Daikokucho Station, providing you direct rail access to Tennoji, Namba n especially Shin-Osaka if you need to take the Shinkansen. The hotel is also one of the convenient ones that you could stay at as it's within 10-15mins walk to Zepp Namba if there is a concert held there. Apart from that, there are alot of convenience stores near it, including a Lawson just beside the hotel. Room-wise for solo travellers is more than enough. Haven't tried the the other rooms yet but would recommend the place due to the convenience and great service from the staff.

love that it’s very near the station, literally just below, lawson which is 24/7 is alao just below the hotel, there is also a laundry store below the hotel. amenities are basic but we were not after anything grand anyway, rooms are clean, everything is working as it should be. even if you opt not to have your room clean, there will be new face towels waiting on you on your door knob when you get back. Breakfast will need extra pay, it’s better to book in advance because it can get full. but it’s good. we only opt for 2 days breakfast our of our 5 daya atay so we could try others outside.
